Jaded Workout

I can't believe it!!! What a poor performance at the gym today. The normal workout routines which I can do fairly easily just went haywire!!! I can't complete my bench press exercises and my lats pull down exercises suck. The only okay exercise was the squats but other than that the rest of my exercises just seemed to be rubbish!!!

Instead of feeling all gloomy like rooney who just missed an open chance, I decided to sit down, think and analyse the problem. It doesn't take a rocket genius to figure it out. The answer?? REST.

12 hours of sleep for 3 days. Hmmm........ so if i do my math correctly, it is 4 hours of sleep per day. The outcome is obviously simple. No energy, no strength and no power. Oh well, lesson learned. Rest is really an important aspect of keeping fit and living healthy. You know what is the worst part, My body is aching and I need to wake up at 600 AM tomorrow for work. I am feeling so tired and sleepy now ...YawnZ ZZZZZzzzz
