Punishing Workout!!!

What a day!!!

just finished training. And the workout is simply punishing and gruesome...

Squats 4 X 10 (50kg)

Bench Press 4 X 10 (40kg)

bisceps curl 3 X 8 (inner)10kg

bisecps curl 3 X 8 (outer)10kg

Arnold Press 4 X 10 (10kg)

After the workout I can hardly move myself...
I jus slept the whole day... what a shame... Well, I jus have to keep on moving forward. Tomorrow will be a better day!!!
