Suntec City garden is a fabulous place to take portraits. But do not go in the afternoon!!! Make it a early morning or evening. Else you will be pespiring like mad or your pictures will get a lot of harsh shadows. Here are some pics that Alex and I had taken. Yes, I know him again? HIIT Training is back!!!

Juz finished HIIT Training today and it felt good!!! The training program today is as follows!!!

Warm up: Cycle to punggol park
Run 1.2 km

HIIT X 4 times

30 sec Sprint
30 sec slow jog


Warm down: 2 km and cycle home

Feel tired but good. Gym training training tomorrow. I juz can't wait.
